Security Guard Concierge (Personal Services)
Essential Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the following areas. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain a physical presence at the main clinic entranceGreet every guest to confirm they have a valid appointment.Document all pertinent patient information in accordance with HIPPA requirementsAdhere to the current established COVID-19 protocolPossess good judgment and observation skillsRespond to general inquiries for information or patient status updates.Authorize, control, and monitor access at the main clinic entrance to prevent an unauthorized security breachFollow all clinic rules and regulations regarding guest access or denial, HIPPA requirementsProvide assistance to guests who may need help as needed and appropriatePossess a high level of observation to deter vandalism, theft, or other inappropriate behaviorSecure all clinic doors and exits at the end of shift operationsCross-training with other Security Guard positions.Other duties as assigned.
