Receiving/Cherry Picker (Transportation)

Objective:Under direct supervision of the 1st shift Supervisor, the order picker is responsible for safely and efficiently operating all powered equipment while maintaining cleanliness and organization of all warehouse functions.
Order picker duties and responsibilities

Locate and remove products from shelf locations by using a voice-activated picking system and a scanner device to verify the lot number and quantity of each item.Deliver products to various warehouse areas in a safe and timely manner using an order picker.Label products as per company procedures and place them on a conveyor.Monitor and maintain accurate inventory.Consolidate smaller items and relocate them to make room for new items.
