Experience working on IT projects, with main focus on infrastructure projects Work closely with third party vendors and Managed Service Provider currently in place Act as 2nd level support to users on all IT needs, issues, requests if MSP is unable to solve Local support for infrastructure and software applications Implement corporate procedures and processes and maintain documentationPerforms above mentioned responsibilities safely, ethically and in compliance with all federal and state regulations Maintain a safe work environment
