Resource Specialist (Project Management)
Keep our regional community resource database accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
Assign and maintain appropriate AIRS Taxonomy codes to ensure resources are categorized correctly.
Attend local community meetings and networking events to stay in-the-know and bring new resources into the fold.
Act as a key liaison between Central Michigan 2-1-1 and the communities we serve.
Share important updates and changes with our Information & Referral team.
Ensure our work meets national AIRS standards, CARF accreditation requirements, and MDHHS protocols.
Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned every day is a little different!
What Were Looking For:
A detail-oriented, organized professional who loves both data and people.
Someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and believes in the power of connection.
Experience with AIRS Taxonomy or information & referral services is a plus, but not requiredwere happy to train the right candidate.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
