Qualifications Required
(Required education may be satisfied by experience and/or working knowledge)
High School diploma or equivalent. One year experience in an IT support role.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Sitting for extended periods of time, requires close visual acuity and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment including copy machine, telephone, scanner or other basic business equipment. Driver's License and travel required as needed. Periodically required to perform manual work, lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Occasional weekend or after normal business hours work is required.
Qualifications Preferred
Associate degree in information technology or related. Experience supporting an I.T. help desk in a Microsoft-domain environment. CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft MTA Certifications.
