General Cleaner (Finance)

The General Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, keeping areas neat, vacuuming, emptying trash cans and replacing liners. will be responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, keeping areas neat, vacuuming, emptying trash cans and replacing liners.

Responsibilities Include:

• Sweep and mop floors, clean windows, partitions and mirrors
• Clean building and restrooms, empty trash, disinfect laboratory equipment and dust furniture
• Monitor building security and safety, lock doors and check electrical appliances to ensure hazards are not created
• Identify and report possible repairs

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Ability to lift, push, carry climb, balance and stoop
