Production Control Analyst (Administrative)

Job Responsibilities:
Monitors daily production schedules and suggests adjustments as appropriate; advises Production and Sales of changes in the schedule. Assists in investigating production control problems, analyzing root causes, and devising solutions. Analyzes statistics on job set ups and recommends adjustments to work schedules. Maintains the electronic production job scheduling program. Enters orders into the production schedule based on the Master Schedule and requested customer delivery dates, availability of raw materials, and equipment. Determines customer order ship dates based on material availability/lead times, current production schedules and production capacities. Helps to resolve conflicts to support target ship dates. Monitors inventory levels and access to the material. Serves as the back-up to the Materials & Scheduling Manager, including the ordering of raw materials in his/her absence. Serves as a technical resource to the Production Scheduler on issues that require escalation for timely resolution and is the back-up person in his/her absence.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Statistics Good organizational, planning, and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Team player able to work well across multiple business operations. Advanced computer literacy; proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good with numbers

Reports to Department Manager Full-Time Salaried Employee First Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
