Position Summary:
As a member of the Law Enforcement Department leadership team, performs duties of first line shift supervisor, directs the activities of Federal Reserve Law Enforcement Officers and assists in creating a positive work environment. Will frequently be the highest-ranking management person in Law Enforcement Department after hours, on weekends, and holidays and therefore is responsible for the proper handling of complex and/or emergency situations that require immediate action and senior management notification. Staff in this leadership position may be delegated primary responsibility for managing special projects, work groups and/or special functions. This position is an essential function of the Bank, and the incumbent may be required to work extended hours and/or during emergency or crisis situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Education: Associate's Degree or 3 years equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Four years of law enforcement, physical security field, infrastructure security field and previous supervisory experience is preferred.
