Jobsetter Press Tech 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Summary Description:Will set-up all presses within the two departments and operate in a safe,productive and efficient manner.

Essential Functions: Will set-up all presses within the dept.and operate at theEngineering routed standards,raw materials, as required, set gaugesand assist changeover technician introuble shooting tooling problems. Insurequality of parts being produced. Maintaingood housekeeping practices. Assist in thetraining of new Jobsetters & Technicians.

Qualifications:
EducationHigh school or equivalent. Must be ableto read and write at acceptable level.Physical-Must be able to bend, stand, stoop andpull. Must be able to lift 80 pounds.Specific skills -Must be able to read and interpretblueprints or have the ability to betrained. Must be able to obtain aforklift license or currently have one.Must be able to use height gauge, scaleand calipers along with shop floor gaugesto insure production of quality parts.This is a safety sensitive positionExperience -Prefer prior punch press experience
