Product Strategy Senior Advisor - Cigna Healthcare - Hybrid (Finance)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Strategy Senior Advisor is responsible for defining and implementing the product management strategy for a new Digital Musculoskeletal (MSK) vendor solution to be offered to a subset of Cigna Healthcare clients. The Product Strategy Senior Advisor will serve as the assigned Cigna Healthcare program manager to the Digital MSK Vendor in accordance with the vendor contract. This position will also monitor overall performance of the Digital MSK vendor solution by establishing product management processes to monitor key performance metrics (KPI's) and evaluating performance of the solution compared to business case targets. This position will lead and support the implementation plan for the Digital MSK vendor solution. This position will facilitate any interim manual processes required to operationalize the Digital MSK vendor program prior to launching automated capabilities to service the solution. This position will define requirements to enable automated processes to support the Digital MSK Vendor solution for processes such as sales, underwriting, pricing, eligibility feeds, data sharing, billing, vendor reimbursement, and reporting. The Product Strategy Senior Advisor will lead go-to-market activities to optimize client adoption of the Digital MSK Vendor solution. This position will support defining integration strategy and coordinate with product partners when Digital MSK Vendor Solution is purchased with Cigna Pathwell Bone & Joint.
