Role
This role is based in the Securities Lending Corporate Actions team. The team provides operational support in respect of manufactured corporate action entitlements for Northern Trust's clients primarily in the US, Canadian and Brazilian markets. The team supports Northern Trust's agency lending program, client directed lending, and 3rd party lending arrangements.
The Consultant will support the Manager with respect to workflow distribution and ensuring the effective use of staff resources.
The role requires excellent analytical and investigative skills, previous experience in corporate actions processing, and effective communication skills. There is an expectation that the individual will have the ability to identify appropriate opportunities to improve straight-through processing, and look to enhance best practice.
The role involves close liaison with many Securities Lending areas (including Trading Desk, Client Services, Product, Technology and other operations teams in London and Bangalore), other internal partners such as Custody Corporate Actions and external counterparts at our sub-custodians, borrowers and lending agents.

Salary Range:
$66,700 - 113,300 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
