Call Center Representative (Administrative)
Summary
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing heavy phones with excellent customer service provided. Resolving customer issues and complaints and assisting with general catering inquiries.
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.Follow communication scripts when handling different topicsIdentify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.Frequently attend educational catering seminars provided by upper management to improve knowledge and performance levels.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.Other duties and functions as assigned
Requirements
HS Diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a customer support role with high volume callsTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
