Restorative Manager (Healthcare)
CURRENTLY SEEKING RESTORATIVE MANAGER!
Primary Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the overall administration, clinical planning, development, and operation of the Restorative Nursing Program and the Employee safe lifting program.

Education and Experience: Graduate of an approved school of nursing or other program specific to the employee's area of practice. Current LPN, RN, COTA, or PTA, C.N.A. license to practice in the state of Colorado. Must have at least 3 years experience in long term care and a basic background in rehabilitation programs, care planning, MDS/PDPM, body mechanics and supervision of team members.
Non-Essential Job Functions: May participate in Eben Ezer committees. Will attend meetings and department meetings as instructed.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Material and Equipment used but not limited to: General office equipment such as fax machine, copier, and computer. Therapy equipment including, Nu-Step, Parallel bars, Hydrocolator packs. Facility lifts, gait belts, glucometers, blood pressure cuff, and other related vital sign equipment.
Working Environment/Physical Activities:
Working Hours: As scheduled by the Director of Nursing.
Working Location: This is not a remote position and work must be performed in-person.
