We are seeking a Talent Specialist to join our USIS HR team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on recruiting and sourcing with impactful work on talent development and management projects.
What you'll do
Recruitment (50%)
Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
Partner with hiring managers to recruit and hire top talent for entry-level and early-career roles.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and relationship building.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless hiring process for new hires.
Talent Projects (50%)
Contribute and support ad-hoc talent projects, which include our learning programs, coaching, mentorship programs, and more.
Support the design and execution of talent development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement projects that align with organizational goals and drive results.
What experience you need
Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent management, or related HR functions.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong focus on execution and delivering results.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
What could set you apart
Familiarity with Workday and/or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
Experience supporting projects
Previous experience in pulling reports and telling a story using data.
