Analyst I (Architecture)
Position Summary:
Responsible for researching, analyzing, monitoring, and providing guidance on a variety of regulatory procedures, submissions and compliance and exercising judgment and discretion in making decisions and providing recommendations
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit all applicable initial and renewal state applications for Admissions Representatives, Faculty, an all other newly hired employees and provide notifications to applicable states for terminated employees.
• Provide guidance to newly hired employees to ensure accurate completion of applicable state forms.
• Review, edit, and update the company's new hire tracking sheets, organizational charts, and Faculty Addendums.
• Research of state licensing guidelines to determine institutional and program eligibility and submit applicable forms for new or revised programs.
• Monitor licensing expiration dates and seek renewal materials in a timely manner.
• Complete analysis of necessary forms and documents for initial applications or institutional relicensing; ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of all required applications.
• Monitor state regulations to determine the impact of state laws on company practices and provide feedback to Compliance Department leadership of any policy or procedural changes required and recommendations for implementation.
• Update Catalog Addendum and Enrollment Agreements as required for internal or external regulatory-based changes.
• Research all applicable fees and complete a Request for Purchase (RFP) with supporting documentation for newly hired employees and initial/renewal state licensure.
• Track all applicable state required bonds and request new, changes, and renewals as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Education and Experience:
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in higher education compliance or other relevant experience.
