Business Analyst (Association Team) (Finance)

The YMCA of the Fox Cities is hiring a Business Analyst within our IT department. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistency and efficiency of our various operational applications, including our Membership, Program, and Financial Development software suite. Analyze data to support to help the YMCA meet the ongoing needs of our communities. Create process improvements, providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement that support our Misson & Vision. Our Business Office team utilizes industry best practices and established standard operating procedures to ensuring data accuracy & integrity, from implementation through auditing.

This is a full-time exempt position with a strong career path and very flexible schedule.
