As the Property Marketing Manager, you'll have a big mission – to lead the team that directly supports new BH communities, plus liaise with internal leaders and external clients to support the launch, adoption, and scalability of strategic marketing initiatives for all BH communities. You have an awareness of prospect and resident sales cycles, and you understand how a property's submarket, class, unit count, amenities, specials, brand, and budget will influence their overall marketing strategy. You acknowledge the added value in enhanced speed-to-market and are comfortable at employing marketing strategies at scale, but you also appreciate the merits of nuanced support as needed. In this role, you'll drive added value for BH, bringing our “living here means living more” promise to life as you champion new initiatives that will drive property performance and elevate prospect/resident experience.
You are a thoughtful and harmonizing promoter. You recognize the inherent overlap between marketing and operations, and you carefully craft your message and approach to guide our operational leaders and their teams to effectively understand the larger BH marketing strategy, plus tap into all available support resources to meet their goals.
