Director, Growth Marketing (Finance)

The Director of Growth Marketing will lead and scale Yahoo's in-house Performance Media Practice, driving growth across Yahoo Mail, Finance, Sports, News, and more. This role is ideal for a seasoned growth marketing expert with deep technical knowledge of media buying, attribution, and optimization. You'll set the strategy, build a high-performing team, and lead execution across paid media channels including App Install, Search, Social, Programmatic, and Display.
Working cross-functionally with analytics, product, and engineering, you'll develop full-funnel growth strategies, implement cutting-edge measurement frameworks, and champion experimentation as a core practice. As a senior leader, you'll shape the future of Yahoo's growth engine-bringing together data, creativity, and technology to unlock performance at scale.

The compensation for this position ranges from $123,005.00 - $267,335.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
