The Consultative Lead (CL) focuses on growing strategic partnerships with existing accounts and prospects. This position sets goals, designs project plans, manages projects, and leverages the other roles within the organization to accomplish those goals. The CL also must be able to communicate compelling diagnostics and offer expert advice on how to support client and business needs through analytic tools.
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in Business Consulting.
Experience in doing statistical analysis and presenting an analysis to a Risk Management audience.
Willingness to travel.
Mastery of MS Excel
Familiarity with Power BI with MS Access or other database programs
Capable of quickly learning new tools as needed and training others in the use of those tools
Project Management experience
Understanding of relational database design theory and agile development
Understanding of statistics, particularly as it is applied to claim population analysis

Leads strategic analytical engagements with clients in partnership with Account Executives. Works with Account Executives and Sales Executives to build client-specific strategies that will lead to measurable success and build long-term preference with the buyer.
Focuses on accounts and prospects that have opportunity for win-win partnerships, securing agreement with accounts to deploy solutions, and driving the expansion of revenue for Consultative Analytics.
Delegates tasks to other members of the department related to these accounts or strategic objectives.
Provides oversight of, and may also perform, complex client/prospect-specific claim program health assessments for the risk management, operations, and CFO levels. Surfaces cost mitigation opportunities and develops action plans with detailed solutions.
Designs new and differentiated solutions/products/services, that we can offer to our clients, tests solutions for benefits, and develops material to explain and promote solutions.
Identifies new diagnostics and the tools to display those diagnostics
Develops efficiencies, automation, and new tools.
Understands how to effectively manage a complex audience (broker, Risk Manager, CFO) including leveraging sponsors and managing around anti-sponsors
