Senior Human Resources Business Partner, USIS Operations (Finance)
The Sr HRBP will partner with the EFX USIS Operations leadership team to ensure that HR strategy is aligned with business strategy. This position is based out of our Alpharetta, Georgia office and will be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you'll do
Leverage specialized depth of HR knowledge to provide strategic consultation with USIS Operations leaders to ensure strategy is aligned with business needs
Interpret business strategy and provide guidance on change management, organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
Engage to improve business outcomes through talent optimization and coaching managers to drive greater productivity and higher engagement
Work closely with leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention of key employees
Work often involves SLT-level interaction and consultation
Participate in special projects as needed
What experience you need
Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience within a complex organization
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational design, employee relations, performance management and compensation
HR experience supporting multiple functional areas within the business
Successful history supporting multi location teams
Experience supporting senior level leaders (VP+)
Exceptional interpersonal skills: friendly, tactful, good negotiator, ability to influence others, manage conflict and ability to exercise judgment
Manage multiple conflicting priorities
Ability to develop, attract and assess talent
