BJA Team Lead (Healthcare)
JOB PURPOSE
The BJA Team Lead is responsible for providing oversight to the Community Health Workers in multiple jurisdictions supporting reentry services. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing at minimum 2 Community Health Workers. The Team lead will support training and performance management of the Community Health Workers. The role will ensure that client data and program activities are recorded accurately in the case management system and support the Deputy Director in implementing quality improvement measures, as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to both indoor and outdoor conditions. The employee will be subject to noise.
