Customer Center Sales Associate (ME0105) (Finance)
Responsibilities/Duties:

Purpose of Job: Increase sales of PBV products through the use of suggestive sales skills while in the process of recording product orders from Food Service Customers.
Job Duties:
- Places outbound calls to PBV customers based on account leads based on approved product campaign initiatives.
- Records customer product orders accurately.
- Educates customers on new products offered.
- Matches product benefits with customer needs.
- Identifies and handles customer inquiries.
- Applies customer service best practices to resolve customer issues regarding order execution, delivery execution, requests for new equipment placements through the entry of service requests.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Associate's Degree preferred.
- Four (4) years of experience in customer service or sales required.
- Five (5) years of experience is preferred.
- Previous Call Center experience preferred.
- Must have superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and business partners.
- Must have an enthusiastic, positive attitude and possess the ability to communicate and interact in a professional manner.
- Must be able to utilize customer service skills and critical thinking skills to assess customer needs based on verbal and nonverbal clues and match products/benefits to those needs.
- Must be able to exhibit superior telephone skills.
- Good judgment and the ability to prioritize customer's needs.
- Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly (67%-100%) required to sit, type, and view a computer screen.
- Occasionally (0%-33%) required to walk.
