Job Site Manager (Finance)
Site Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
Provide guidance and support to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct regular site meetings to communicate project updates.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce and uphold safety protocols and standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
Promote a safety culture among on-site personnel.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
Conduct inspections to identify and address quality issues promptly.
Collaborate with quality control teams to implement improvements.
Resource Management:
Manage on-site resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower.
Coordinate deliveries and maintain an organized and efficient site layout.
Monitor and control project budgets related to on-site activities.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during on-site activities.
Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in construction management are advantageous.
