Director of Quality and Compliance (Project Management)
Job Summary Under the general direction of the CEO, the Director of Quality, Compliance and Health Informatics develops, implements, and monitors the organizations Quality Improvement (QI) and Information Technology programs. The position also assumes responsibility for monitoring the agencys compliance with Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) program, Corporate Compliance and Privacy programs. This position also serves as the Privacy Official which is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing administration of the organizations policies and procedures for maintaining the privacy of personal health information as required by federal and state laws. This position must maintain current knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and applicable regulations and is responsible for facilitating cooperation with federal and state agencies when conducting an investigation or compliance review of PACE programs policies, procedures and practices.
