Fitch Ratings' Business Relationship Management (BRM) team is currently seeking a Managing Director or Senior Director based out of our New York office.
Overview:
Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a Managing Director / Senior Director to join our Corporates Business and Relationship Management (BRM) Team in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships primarily with leveraged loan (inclusive of CLO managers) and high yield bond investors. As part of the Corporates BRM Team, you will work closely with a senior team of experienced Leveraged Finance professionals who market Fitch to Leveraged Finance Bankers, PE professionals, and non-investment grade Borrowers/Issuers. You will also coordinate closely with our CLO BRM Team. The principal objective of the Team is to generate new Corporate rating mandates and revenues through relationship development and consistent, targeted marketing.
The candidate will have an existing network of investors (especially loan managers) through their experience in any of CLOs (structuring / arranging), leveraged finance syndicate, credit sales and trading. The candidate will be an integral part of increasing the visibility of Fitch Ratings within the leveraged loan and high yield bond markets. The candidate will lead the client outreach strategy and will promote Fitch's industry leading analytical content and credit expertise as well as Fitch's leveraged finance and CLO credentials to enhance Fitch's franchise value, with a view to driving investor and issuer demand for Fitch Ratings.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $300,000 and $350,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
