The Closing Support – Wire Desk managers support the processes involved in wiring funds for mortgage closings. They facilitate and oversee the initiation, confirmation, and completion of wire transfers for mortgage closings, ensuring funds are accurately and timely transferred.

What you'll do:
Review and verify wiring instructions and loan origination system to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
Ensure all wire transfers comply with internal controls, industry regulations and security protocols to prevent fraud and errors.
Act as the primary point of contact for all wire transfer-related inquiries to address issues or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all wire transfers and provide regular reports on wire activity, including discrepancies or compliance issues, to management.
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience wiring funds for mortgage closing
Basic knowledge of mortgages
High School diploma
Ability to perform duties with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $42,000-$55,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
