Within 3 months you will :

Learn the Basics: Gain a deep understanding of marketing strategies, marketing operations , and analytical tools
\n
\n
\n
Understand Systems and Data Analysis: Learn and master the technology stack to perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from sales and marketing data ( pipeline forecasting , lead management, or customer segmentation). Become proficient in key platforms (CRM, marketing automation, and Power BI tools)
\n
\n
\n
Strive for Excellence: Grow on a leading team by collaborating with cross-functional teams, reaching out to Marketing m embers regarding updates, manage your workload efficiently and be open to constructive feedback to improve your skills and knowledge.
\n

Within your first 6 months you will :
\n
\n
\n
Deliver Data Collection and Reporting Processes: Input and organize data into Salesforce accurately and expand on this through creating basic reports and dashboards (Excel/Salesforce). Deliver this on a regular cadence to the Leadership Team. Ensure dashboard management and data quality and provided reporting as needed.
\n
\n
\n
Master Sales Data and Processes: Build automated dashboards and reports to track Marketing ROI and revenue impact. Build on your data organization and data analyzation skills to gain a deep understanding of the Go-To-Market processes from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
\n
\n
\n
System and Process Engineer: Share your expertise as a growing expert to provide data-driven insights to the Team.
\n
\n
\n
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Assist in the success of the Marketing, Revenue, Customer Success and Global Alliances divisions by streamlining reports and ensuring excellent data hygiene.
\n
\n
\n
Marketing Events: Support Marketing Events by ensuring accurate data imports and uploads into CRM and marketing automation platforms for seamless follow-up and reporting.?

Within your first 12 months you will :
\n
\n
\n
Master Revenue Forecasting: Own regular Marketing performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and insightfulness. Become proficient in sales forecasting, know what makes an opportunity move to the next stage and be able to support the back-end machine that supports forecasting. Develop and maintain monthly pipeline coverage reports to track sales performance against targets, and build annual pipeline models to support forecasting and strategic planning.

Expand Your Skills: Master a well-oiled machine of customer retention reporting and grow in your goals of providing meaningful customer insights, provide data-driven explanation of customer behaviors, preferences, and needs.
\n
\n
\n
Advanced Process and Tool Steward: Use your expertise to explore automations and optimize the Marketing processes by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
\n
\n
\n
Project Leadership: Contribute your technology skills toward the success of sales projects, demonstrating the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
\n
\n
\n
Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices by attending workshops, webinars, and conferences related to sales operations.
\n
\n
\n

Competencies - What We are Looking For
\n

\n
Excel Warrior: You bring experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
\n
\n
\n
Communicator: You can collaborate effectively with the entire Marketing Team to communicate data-driven insights to ensure the success of opportunities our team encounters.
\n
\n
\n
System Familiarity: You don't need to be a master of all, but you should bring skills in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Magic Robot, Seismic, Power BI, Outreach, G2Crowd, Ringlead , Marketo, Metadata.io, and/or Chilipiper .
\n
\n
\n
Detail oriented: Marketing and Sales processes have a lot of moving parts. A preference for structure, being thorough, accurate and organized with your work are critical.
\n
\n
\n
Process Engineer: You have previous success in creating, documenting, measuring, and enforcing SLA's that support operational efficiency, processes, and reporting.
\n
\n
\n
