Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer at Epiq AI Labs, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our data-driven projects. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient and reliable flow of data across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Implement and optimize data storage solutions, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of data.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data engineering processes and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering and apply them to improve our data infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
