Assembly Coordinator 3rd Shift (Finance)

Starting Rate : $22.05/hour, plus $2/hour 3 rd shift differential

Base Hours: 11pm-7am, nights 3rd shift, overtime as neededLocation: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915

As our Assembly Coordinator you will:

• Direct and train employees and temps in a professional manner to Assembly tasks
• Meet daily production needs by prioritizing work orders, assigning jobs, completing production paperwork, entering data into the computer systems, setting up and running multiple assembly lines
• Answer employee questions and discuss production
• Perform quality and goal checks
• Report issues or solutions, and suggest improvements in a timely manner to management
• Operate and troubleshoot assembly equipment
• Operate a forklift and electric walkie rider as needed to move product
• This is a hands on Coordinator role, meaning the individual will work Assembly positions as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Job requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Standing or walking during much of shift as well as sitting when doing computer work

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and positive outlook shared with others
• Outgoing and welcoming personality
• Ability to read, understand, and carry out instructions in English, have basic computer skills, have proficient math skills
• Prior training or lead experience preferred
