Job Summary
This Department Coordinator assists the Plant Support Engineering team with various administrative tasks.Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains the calendar; coordinates meetings and schedules conference rooms and equipment for the group supported.
- Prepares agendas and data packages for key station meetings. Takes notes and provides summaries of select meetings.
- Maintains departmental files, dispositions, transmittals and records.
- Gathers, compiles and summarizes information for various special projects and conducts special studies as required.
- Maintains and restocks work group office supplies.
- Assists with database entry and updates for employee job transitions.
- Proctors training tests for the Engineering team and as others as needed.
- Provides supplemental support for Emergency Response Organization and Outages.
- Other tasks as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or a High school diploma and 6 years equivalent related work experience in area of technical expertise
