PM Shift Operations Manager (Project Management)
The PM Shift Operation Manager is primarily responsible for the leadership, management, and performance of our transition shift team to meet client needs including emergency client needs and preplanned work, in a prompt, professional manner while acting in accordance with company values, vision, and mission.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Oversee and manage the workflow of the assigned Response Team to optimize daily functions including order entry and same day dispatch of our crews to support client needs Responsible for operational effectiveness and performance excellence of the Response Team Responsible for daily oversight of phone ques and associated call quality, response times, KPIs and operational metrics Oversee client order taking process to ensure appropriate fulfillment serving as escalation point for client concerns, customer service and operational strategy Review operational processes, simplify complexities, improve efficiency and accuracy by maximizing the use of technology Partner with peers or other key personnel to develop, improve and implement new plans, processes, policies, and procedures to enhance operations and achieve organizational goals and objectives Support growth, development and career progression of the assigned Response team supervisors including monthly 1v1s, coaching and performance reviews Evaluate individual and team performance to meet operational performance objectives Maintain operational policy and procedures, communicate, and implement updates as required Work effectively with cross-functional departments such as Field Operations, Fleet, Human Resources, Risk and Safety
