Join the Pharmacy Central Fill team! As a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance team for our Jacksonville Central Fill team, working with software developers, solution vendors, and other QA team members ensuring that all robotics and prescription automation requirements are met for the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the quality assurance processes and testing strategies for assigned products.
  • Perform test leadership activities on large and complex projects with minimal guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to determine test efforts for initiatives.
  • Work directly with an automation solution in a lab environment
  • Define the processes and procedures for conducting testing efforts within an automation lab.
  • Participate in requirements and design meetings to establish test effort estimate.
  • Translate requirements, release notes, and other documentation into test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
  • Facilitate defect meetings with the project team and vendors, including creating defect reports and updating defect details.
  • Manage test cases within Quality Center and Microsoft DevOps
  • Build test data as necessary in preparation for manual tests.
  • Perform testing and data validation utilizing SQL queries.
  • Participate in load and performance test efforts.
  • Present testing outcomes for review for go/no-go decisions.
  • Ability to travel to Lakeland, FL will be required as needed up to 10% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or other analytical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years' software testing Quality Assurance experience in an enterprise environment.
  • 6+ years' experience designing, developing, and executing test cases.
  • 6+ years' experience with test case development tools.
  • 4+ years' experience with creating and executing complex SQL queries to support test activities.
  • Ability to travel to Lakeland, FL will be required as needed up to 10% of the time.
  • 7+ years' experience conducting software quality assurance for enterprise applications.
  • 7+ years' experience with Oracle or SQL databases.
  • 2+ years with HP ALM (Quality Center) or other test case management tool.
  • Experience working in both Agile and Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
