Direct and supervise all staff and responsibilitiesMust be able to effectively communicate with staff, volunteers, and parents of program participantsRequires the ability to supervise, train and evaluate performance of class participants and instructors.Must have good organizational and planning skills and sound judgment.Aid in member retention by being knowledgeable, caring, and friendly to all members.Any administrative duties as needed per programEnsure the safety of all participants of the program assignedWorks offsite as neededOrganize sports set-up, clean up, and participate in activities as neededAdjust and operate all sports equipment as applicableStay up to date with assigned sport rules and regulationsDemonstrate noble sportsman like behavior, while monitoring participants and fans conduct to avoid any health or safety issuesPerforms all other duties as assigned
