The Client Relationship Manager is expected to perform at a minimum the following job duties and responsibilities: Meet annual sales goalsManage fulfillment of maintenance enhancement contracts, including but not limited to Establish role as primary point-of-contact with clients and build rapport by responding to requests, questions, and feedback, resolving issues, and value-added servicesCalculate and compile estimates for additional service requests and enhancement projectsDeliver and present proposals to clientsClose sales, coordinate jobsite specifics with accounting and production personnel Conduct routine site visits of assigned properties to ensure fulfillment of contract obligationsMaintain and update CRM software dailyUnderstand and comply with company policies, procedures, and SOPsCommunicate status of client relationships and property conditions to Director of Grounds MaintenancePerform other duties as assigned
