Early Childhood Coordinator (Heart of the Valley YMCA) (Healthcare)

The Heart of the Valley YMCA is hiring an Early Childhood Coordinator will serve as a leader in the Early Childhood department and help support the daily operations of our licensed child care programs. As a coordinator, you'll recruit & hire, train & develop, as well as schedule staff. Assist in leading monthly team meetings. Maintain staff-to-children room ratios and have excellent knowledge of state licensing & regulations. Develop and implement relevant and age specific programs. Coordinators work closely with their peers to tackle the administration & daily operations of educational programming. Utilize your training & education to keep learning fun and ongoing for the children in our care.
This is a full-time exempt career role within our Child Care Services department.
